new things that can be inproved for the server

hey i have somethings that can be inplented
here are mine ideas
and some of them are from the other server: argonathrpg

EMP for helicopters or police maverick the scripters can choose
then command to use is /c emp (id) you need to be close distance like 50 meters
and when locking EMP on car you need to be in range for 5 seconds to get a hit
if you got hit doors are locked and engine off for 10 seconds if someone is locking on you
you recieve a message (watch out EMP locked on you evade fast)

spikes can get dropped from cars that can be added i saw it on argonath
command would be /c n to drop a spike but its then a invisible one

maybe you can add /c lights on/off for the cars

and a lock command to lock car doors command should be then
/c lock (id) or !lock (id)

so this are mine ideas to add to the server
if i have more things i will post it

Emp is kinda not something I'd care for but if anyone else wants it?
I'll do lights and lock some time
as far as the nails I don't know the function for that

cops can use it to drop a spike strip from their car in front of the criminal
so the criminal get popped and craashes and then he can get jailed
