Although it hasn't been made public MurderInc was being looked to be put into a new group which we hadn't created, because of this he is considered a ranking admin.

Re-Accepted due to logging setup(See [VU_T]Donstald's application)
The ranking position has been removed, player is now a regular admin at the moment.
